Pastor Doyle Bell
Doyle is known as one of the most loving pastors you will ever meet. His love for God and for people is visible by everyone who comes into contact with him. He has been at Fellowship Baptist since February 1993 and has seen many good things happen during his tenure. Doyle has his bachelor's degree from Florida State University and his Master of Divinity degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. In his spare time Doyle enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, Susan, and their son, Nathan. The people of Fellowship are privileged to have Doyle Bell as their pastor.

Dr. Charles Fulton
Associate Pastor/Pastoral Care
Charles has been with Fellowship part-time since 1981. He brings an additional level of pastoral care to the Fellowship family and assists with hospital visitation, homebound ministry, funerals, and various other pastoral care tasks. He has degrees from Samford in Birmingham, Alabama, and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Charles is the husband of Margaret, father of Chris, and a very proud grandfather to Tyler. He is employed full-time by the State of Florida. Fellowship is blessed to have a minister of Charles’ experience and compassion on staff.

Roger Pursley
Minister of Music/Senior Adults
Roger is a very talented musician and strives for excellence in everything he does. He has been at the church since November 1993. Roger loves to minister to people and meet their needs. He oversees the worship arts ministry from children through adults and works directly with the adult choir, senior adult choir, praise band, and several ensembles. He has a bachelor’s degree in music education from Mississippi College and a Master’s degree in Church Music from Southwestern Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas. Roger is very active in his free time with spending time with his family, hunting and fishing. He and his wife, Janice, are the proud parents of two daughters, Vanessa and Allison, and proud grandparents of Preston, Payton, and Paige Keen, and Lauren Carter.

Thomas Burke
Minister to Students
Tom loves young people and they love him. He has been at Fellowship since April 2006. Tom comes with a varied background: he has worked as a police officer in Savannah, Georgia, a house parent with the Jacksonville campus of the Florida Baptist Children’s Homes, and students pastor in churches in Florida and Texas. He has an associate’s of science degree in criminal justice from Armstrong-Atlantic State University in Savannah, Georgia, an Associates of Divinity and Bachelor’s degree in Religious Education from the Baptist College of Florida, and his Master’s degree in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. The students ministry is an eclectic combination of tried and true as well as cutting-edge techniques together with the unchangeable Word of God. Tom and his wife, Sabrina, are a great team, and are the proud parents of two sons, Jason and Brian.
