Children

We are excited that you are interested in our church and in the preschool and children's ministry. There's a special place for all children at Fellowship. We prayerfully strive to provide quality opportunities for children to learn about Christ, themselves, and others. Our teachers care about the children and work very hard to teach Christian values while having fun.

Age-graded Sunday School classes are offered on Sunday mornings. During the Morning Worship Service, childcare is available for infants to age four. Children from kindergarten to third grade are invited to go to Children's Church midway through the Service. On Sunday evenings, there are two mission study groups for children in first through fifth grades, and one for children 3-5 years of age.

On Wednesdays JAM (Jesus and Me) for children ages 3 through 5th grade meets at 6:15 to 7:45  p.m. JAM (Jesus and Me) uses the power of small group relationships to encourage Christian growth. Kids will rotate with a circle of friends through age-appropriate activity centers that reinforce the Bible point of the day. The activity centers include crafts and music. (JAM meets during the school year.)

To help you on Wednesdays, we have the Wednesday Night Supper starting at 5:30 p.m. Delicious, home-cooked meals are prepared each week. And there is a children's menu! The dinner is by reservation only in order for the cook to know how many to prepare for. The cost of the adult dinner is $4.50 and the children's menu is $2.50. Just call the church office by noon on Tuesdays to place your reservation.

Child care is provided for children four years of age and under during most of the children's programs and worship services.
