Fellowship Baptist Church

· Please note – a current health form (ours) must be on file for each camper

· Full Payment is due by June 3rd

· Payment is $140 plus there are options for recreation

· There will be a snack bar available at camp as well as extra t-shirts for sale. (Please note: students are also responsible for lunch on the trip going and coming.)

· Please note: certain things are NOT permitted. NO: tobacco, fireworks, weapons, drugs, cell phones, cd players/mp3 players/iPods, or t-shirts with inappropriate messages
